This consortium joins together essential competencies for the good development of a construction operation. The good quality of the works being guaranteed by the application and the respect of the most rigorous standards. As soon as a project manager decides the execution of a work until its completion, it is important that a good spirit reigns amongst the team composed by the following elements:
- The project manager who will lead and pay the specialized Engineering and design Departments and the companies, as well as the Architect.
- The Architect to whom will be given the responsibility to define the work in its form and its quality, in the respect of a program.
- The companies which will carry out work, whether they are State owned or private, according to the documents on which they will engage themselves regarding their competencies and their equipment.
- The above documents will describe what the Architect will have conceived, with the collaboration of specialized Engineering and design departments in all the fields of the project.
The Architect will be responsible in front of the project manager for the quality required by him/her, who will have given him/her all the capacities to define the object of the operation and to make sure of the good execution of the job by the companies chosen by the Architect.
These companies will have the responsibility for their building sites and will have to take part into the resolution of the problems that may arise during the operations.
A project will always be managed at all levels, from the project manager who will subscribe an insurance in Damage-Works, to the Architect who will have a professional insurance, just like the Engineering and design departments, and the companies, holder of insurances in the long term as required by the law.

The Architect of Nexi will ensure the coherence of the project, but it will be essential that the customer sends a document expressing the outline of the program which will be carried out, including in particular:
- Plan of the chosen site with photographic views.
- Cadastral map of the ground(s) of the operation.
- Types of desired works.
- Budget allocated for the whole project.
