The ancient world already considered diamond like the most precious of the gems. Its Greek name, Adams ("the invincible") quoted by Pline the Old, refers to the extraordinary properties of this mineral which legends are associated to its discovery and to its magic capacities. It was given the capacity to protect the person who had it against the enemies and the poisons, and to prevent him/her from having diseases.

The description of the diamond is made of the definition of the 4Cs:

1.	Carat (weight)
2.	Clarity (purity)
3.	Color (color)
4.	Cut (size)

The weight of diamond is expressed in carats (0,20g).

The main places of trade and cutting are: New York, Antwerp, Tel Aviv and Mumbai (Bombay).

The places of production are especially located in Africa and Australia, it is necessary from now on to take Canada into account.

Nexi signed partnerships agreements with various producers of West Africa (Sierra Leone, Guinea Conakry, Ghana), that will be given the responsibility to bring diamonds into the country of the customer. Thanks to this method everyone is reassured: the seller directly brings the goods into the country of the customer, and the buyer does not have to move to Africa, and takes delivery of the goods in his/her country of origin.

All the customers that are interested in working with us will have to send us a LOI with their company's heading, as well as a BCL.
